Staying Healthy

I'm not a very good couch potato when I'm by myself.   I'd rather be doing something.  My primary physical activities include:
bulletRacquetball
bulletWeight training ( "Sit!  Beg!  Roll over!  Good weights!")
bulletHurtling down hills and into trees (aka Mountain Biking)
bulletHiking

I've also enjoyed

bulletSkydiving
bulletWhitewater rafting
bulletSea kayaking
bulletSkiing

I recognize the role that eating well pays.  This is a departure from a few years back, where the four USDA food groups were Hostess, Little Debbie, peanut butter and milk shakes.   I'm still cursed by a congenital weakness for donuts, especially butternut crunch.    In general, I eat pretty healthy, and know my lipids from my carbohydrates from my proteins.
